Unlike many fitness experts, I understand what it is like to start out on a new fitness or nutrition regime and battle with your own body. Like anyone else, I've had my struggles to stay healthy and fit. I get that these set backs cause extra stress and create a snow ball effect. For me, getting and staying on the right track was a challenge, but once I found a more habit based approach to helping my lifestyle while still enjoying a social life, it became much more clear on my purpose and the message I want to teach to the world.
